No intellectual property rights are transferred to the User. The User has only a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable right to use the solution for the duration of his subscription contract.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, translation or transmission, in whole or in part, of the Site or the Application, without the prior written authorization of iProfit FZCO, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings.
ARTICLE 6 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This legal notice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms and conditions, the parties agree to seek an amicable settlement. Failing amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Dubai.
